Competition Rules
The League Pyramid
Three divisions of 20 clubs, 38 matchdays. Three clubs go up and three go down between each division every season.
UEFA Competitions
- 36 clubs: all of Liga Alta, Liga Media's top 12 and the best 4 of Liga Base (not clubs just relegated from Liga Media)
- League phase: one table, 4 pots of 9, 8 matches each (2 opponents from every pot, one home and one away)
- 1st–8th → Round of 16 · 9th–24th → two-legged knockout playoff · 25th–36th out
- Round of 16 → QF → SF (two legs) → Final
- 32 clubs: all of Liga Alta and Liga Media's top 12
- 8 groups of 4, home and away
- Top 2 per group → Round of 16 (from 2023/24 the 3rd-placed clubs go out; until 2022/23 they went to the Europa League)
- Round of 16 → QF → SF (two legs) → Final
- From 2023/24: every club not in the Champions League (24) · 6 groups of 4, top 2 advance
- The 8 Champions League knockout-playoff losers drop into the knockouts: a playoff round, then Round of 16 → QF → SF (two legs) → Final
- No club plays the Champions League and the Europa League at the same time

Season End Awards
Worked out automatically from match ratings in every competition once the season is finished, and saved to the Trophy Room (trophies count too). During the season: ⭐ Team of the Week after every league matchday, 🌟 Player of the Month and 🏅 Manager of the Month (+€5M to the club).
Lineup Builder
Build your XI, give players roles, set instructions and a game plan, test it against a typical opponent, then copy the code and send it in your club office with /lineup import. Anyone can build; only the club's manager can submit.
Sim Matches
The match engine simulates fixtures and logs the results.
Backup & Restore
Exports everything — matches, transfers, fixtures, trophies, brackets, group stages, injuries. Import merges all records without duplicating anything already there. Run this regularly, especially before major changes.
⚡ Season Changeover
Use this at the end of a season to set the new season, handle promotion/relegation, and reset for the next campaign.
